I have been to a lot of meetups since my son was born 1 year ago and I have found it difficult to really connect in some of the traditional playgroups. I am a mom who likes tattoos, old school heavy metal, reading, video games, anime, sci-fi/fantasy/horror, vegetarian cooking and of course babies....so not your average mom.
